These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TianKey Cloud AI Customer Service platform operated by Henan Xiaotu Culture Media Co., Ltd. ("we" / "us"). By registering, activating or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform provides LLM-powered customer service SaaS: AI Q&A, intent recognition, omnichannel access (Web / WeChat / WeCom / Douyin / voice), compliant human handover, visual flow builder, agent workspace, tickets & SLA, BI reports and open APIs (as provided in the current version).
You warrant that your registration information is true, accurate and complete. Accounts are for your (the enterprise's) use only and must not be transferred or lent. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Plans include AI chat quota, agents, bots and channels as shown on the purchase page and console. When quota is exceeded, AI service pauses (human agents unaffected); top-up packs or plan upgrades are available.
Payments are accepted via WeChat Pay, Alipay and Huifu; the console activates immediately after payment. SMS is billed at the provider's cost price — no markup; you may bind any mainstream SMS gateway and pay exactly the provider price. Plans are annual with a 30-day renewal reminder; upgrades are prorated.
Business data (knowledge base, session records) you generate belongs to you. You may export your data; we delete or anonymize it after account closure per the Privacy Policy. You must comply with laws and regulations and must not use the Platform for illegal activities including unlawful messaging, IP infringement, fraud or cyber attacks. Your knowledge base and scripts must be lawful and must not infringe third-party rights.
We commit to at least 99.9% monthly service availability. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party services (LLM providers, SMS gateways, payment channels) or your own actions. AI-generated content is for reference only and not professional advice; you are responsible for final customer-facing content.
Platform software, interfaces, documentation and trademarks belong to us; your uploaded knowledge base and business data belong to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer or re-develop the Platform without permission.
We may update these Terms with prominent notice of material changes. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time; we may terminate services if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they will be submitted to the competent court in the operator's jurisdiction.
